I continue to pray for little Michael and your family. I attended your spaghetti fund raiser in Marquette and received the quilt (which is beautiful) in the silent auction. I have told many people about your situation and several have promised to make contributions. My daughter in Georgia also posted the info on her facebook page and her friends have offered to send donations. Every little bit helps is my theory. I hope you soon reach your goal to proceed with the transplant for your little angel. God bless you.

I just read about Michael in the Daily Mining Gazette. My hopes and prayers go out to you all. Best of luck!

Oh goodness, you're definitely ready to say goodbye to the month of May. Great article in the SB Tribune though-- hopefully that will turn everything around for you guys!

Hi, I read the article in the newspaper and it made me want to help. I just turned 20 and I am struggling myself, but I am going to try to raise as much money as I can to help little Michael out:) If you want, you can email me your address or somewhere safe that I can send the money that I come up with at chels837@gmail.com -Chelsea-

I read your story in the South Bend Tribune. I made a donation for your sweet baby, in honor of my daughter Kendyl, who was born at 26 weeks on 2-22-09 and weighed 1 lb 9 oz. She is now 3 months old and finally came home from the NICU, 2 weeks ago. I know what you are going through and will keep you in my prayers. I will also forward your website in the hopes that others will give as well. Of course I like to help when I can, but especially here in my hometown. May God Bless Michael and keep him safe as Im sure he will. He is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Kristi aubreighsmommy@aol.com www.caringbridge.org/visit/kristicurtis

I read your article in the paper today. Our son was born on the 10th of Aug in 2007 with a single kidney in renal failure. We also were sent directly to Riley and Also make monthly trips to see the doctors. We however have been lucky and Jackson's kidney is holding its own and he has not needed dialysis. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you raise the money needed for Michael's transplant. We are beginning the process for a living donor transplant this month. I will continue to check this site to see for events that you are planning to help raise money. I would like to hear more of your story and share resources if you would be interested. Please contact me at nschrock@gmail.com and we can chat. Again our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I read the article in the paper today. Please know that your family is in our prayers. We have a large self-contained motorhome and would be glad to make it available to get your family and Michael to Riley if you need it. It can park on the parking lot, is self-contained, and air conditioned. You can stay in it while at the hospital. Our driver can drive you there and drive you back. Please call Jon at 574-266-6245 if this would help you.

Debby and Ted, I think there could be a way of raising some extra funds for the transplant. If you want to email me at secondtimetreasure@gmail.com. I am praying for your family. Jackie

We read your story in the paper today and we will be praying for you all during this time. Micheal is so adorable and you are such great parents. We have a child with heart issues and had renal failure at 5 days old. She is doing better than expected and her kidneys are good for now. Thinking of you!

Michael you are growing up so fast - I don't even remember you looking like that in the NICU. I miss seeing you every month. I'm talking with mommy so I can come up and visit you on a Saturday soon! Tell mommy to keep up the great work - you are growing like a weed!!!! Tell mommy to send me all your updates and all your fundraising activities! Keep growing and I'll see you soon! Love, Chris (don't forget about me!!!)
