Just wanted to let everyone know Michael's surgery went well. There were no complications. The surgeon said that the infection was not as bad as he thought it would be. He has two incisions at each end of his catheter opening that I have to pack with a special dressing. He will see the surgeon again in two weeks to see how well he is healing.

Michael himself took it as well as he always does. He was a bit clingy yesterday but as the day wore on I could tell he was feeling better. He was his usual get into everything self. He is a trooper.
